2. Use of Service

Roko CRM provides a business automation and customer management platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • GST: All prices are subject to GST where applicable for Australian customers.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Roko CRM for any illegal purposes, including the transmission of spam, malware, or any content that violates the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

Roko CRM is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roko CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
